2023 Racing Club Handicap Chase Tips
There are lots of racing betting odds now available for the Coral Racing Club Novices' Limited Handicap Chase, with Colonel Mustard the highest-rated horse although that comes at the cost of carrying more weight than his rivals. Lorna Fowler will hope for a bright showing from a runner who finished second in a Beginners Chase at Down Royal in November.
Master Chewy has enjoyed two outings this season and they have both been fairly impressive. The Nigel Twiston-Davies-trained runner won the St Helens Novices' Limited Handicap Chase when obliging by twelve lengths, with this being followed by a runner-up performance at Aintree in a two-mile handicap chase race.
Djelo was the winner of that particular encounter, with Venetia Williams potentially about to get even more from this five-year-old. However, Mayhem Mya could be a good value bet lower down the pecking order, with Chris Honour training a six-year-old who was able to completely outrun her odds in a recent Mares’ Novices Chase at Exeter Racecourse.
Beau Balko runs for trainer Paul Nicholls, with the horse having achieved a victory at Sandown Park earlier in the year, although there have been some underwhelming performances recently. Sent off as the 11/8 favourite in the recent handicap chase at Wincanton, the runner failed to claim a victory against three other runners.
