2023 November Handicap Tips
There are plenty of horses who have a lively chance of securing a victory in the Virgin Bet November Handicap, with Local Dynasty having landed consecutive wins last season before three further appearances this season. The Godolphin-trained charge scored at Sandown and Pontefract last autumn but hasn’t won in the past three outings.
There was a third-placed finish out of six runners at Chester Racecourse in May, while the horse produced a bright performance to finish third in a field of big runners in the Golden Gates Stakes. More recently was that fourth-placed finish at Newmarket and this runner possibly sets the benchmark with which the others need to adhere to.
Chillingham was fourth in a most recent run at Hamilton when running over one mile and four furlongs, with the charge having previously been seen at Ripon when being nudged into second place as the 5/6 favourite. Last June, in the Copper Horse Handicap, there was a fourth-placed finish at Ascot in a race won by Vauban.
Laafi could go well and the three-year-old produced a spirited performance to win a handicap race at Newmarket in early November. It was impressive that the horse was able to make all, with fourteen other runners beaten over one mile and two furlongs. Perhaps this is the value each-way selection for this encounter.
