2024 Hampton Court Stakes Betting Odds at Ascot racecourse

John Gosden has had a spate of winners over the years at Royal Ascot and he will now team up with son Thady in a bid to land further successes at the meeting. There are two notable runners coming from this stable when it comes to the 2023 Hampton Court Stakes, with Torito having won two out of three outings this season.

Trading at a similar price is Epictetus, with Frankie Dettori on board a runner who has finished outside the frame on consecutive occasions, having previously landed a success. However, Drumroll has the credentials to go well for Aidan O’Brien and Ryan Moore could steer the horse to a notable success.

2023 Hampton Court Stakes Tips

Drumroll looks like a worthy market leader, with three-year-old carrying 9-6 and there was a victory at The Curragh last time out. Having been sent off as the 4/5 favourite, the horse was actually beaten into second by outsider Teutates, although the latter was then disqualified. Previously to that was a second-placed finish behind Paddington.

Torito has the credentials to secure a victory and the horse was most recently successful in the Betfred Lester Piggott Handicap over one mile and two furlongs. The horse was able to oblige by nearly three lengths, with this win following a runner-up placing in a Novice Stakes encounter over one mile and two furlongs.

Stablemate Epictetus has been involved in some more competitive encounters, with the horse sent off at 20/1 in the recent Qatar Prix du Jockey Club and there was a creditable fifth-placed finish in a Group 1 encounter. This came after a similar placing in the Dubai Dante Stakes over one mile, two and a half furlongs.

Exoplanet could be a good each-way contender for trainer Roger Varian, with the horse finishing well when landing third place behind Bertinelli in the BetVictor London Gold Cup Heritage Handicap. But for a random jump on the run-in, the horse could well have ended up securing a victory and perhaps there could be a victory here.
